أعلنت وزارة الصحة الفلسطينية، الأربعاء، إرتفاع عدد الشهداء الفلسطينيين برصاص الجيش الإسرائيلي منذ السبت إلى 29، بعد إعلانها إستشهاد طفل جنوبي الضفة.
وصرحت الوزارة في بيان مقتضب إن “الطفل مؤنس ربحي موسى زيادات (16 عاماً) استشهد برصاص الإحتلال الحي في بلدة بني نعيم (شرقي الخليل)”.
وفي بيانات سابقة أعلنت الوزارة إستشهاد 4 فلسطينيين، الأربعاء، برصاص المستوطنين والجيش الإسرائيلي في نابلس، وخامس غرب مدينة بيت لحم (جنوب)، بعد أن أطلق الجيش الإسرائيلي الرصاص عيله.
من جانبها، قالت جمعية الهلال الأحمر الفلسطيني إنها تعاملت مساء الأربعاء مع 11 إصابات بالرصاص في مناطق مختلفة من الضفة الغربية.
وتشهد الضفة الغربية موجة توتر ومواجهات ميدانية بين الفلسطينيين والجيش الإسرائيلي، بالتزامن مع تدهور الأوضاع في قطاع غزة.
وفجر السبت، أطلقت حركة “حماس” وفصائل فلسطينية أخرى في غزة عملية “طوفان الأقصى”، ردا على “ إعتداءات القوات والمستوطنين الإسرائيليين المتواصلة بحق الشعب الفلسطيني وممتلكاته ومقدساته، ولا سيما المسجد الأقصى في القدس الشرقية المحتلة”.
في المقابل، أطلق الجيش الإسرائيلي عملية “السيوف الحديدية”، ويواصل شن غارات مكثفة لليوم الخامس على التوالي على مناطق عديدة في قطاع غزة، الذي يسكنه أكثر من مليوني فلسطيني يعانون من أوضاع معيشية متدهورة، جراء حصار إسرائيلي متواصل منذ 2006.
