رفضت محكمة العدل الدولية، اليوم الإثنين، الدعوى المقدمة من القوات المسلحة السودانية ضد الإمارات لعدم الاختصاص، كما قررت شطب القضية.. وقالت المحكمة إنه “لا يمكن للمحكمة إصدار التدابير المؤقتة التي طلبها السودان ضد الإمارات”.
وكانت قد أكدت دولة الإمارات أنها ليست طرفا في النزاع السوداني، مشيرة إلى أن تقرير مجلس الأمن الدولي بشأن السودان يدحض بشكل كامل المزاعم “المضللة” للجيش السوداني، كما يؤكد على موقف الإمارات الداعم والراسخ للشعب السوداني.
وقالت ريم كتيت، نائب مساعدة وزير الخارجية للشؤون السياسية وممثلة دولة الإمارات أمام محكمة العدل الدولية، في تصريحات لوكالة أسوشيتدبرس ، إن الدعوى المقامة من السودان أمام محكمة العدل الدولية لا تستند إلى أسس قانونية أو واقعية.
وأوضحت أن دولة الإمارات ليست طرفًا في النزاع المسلح في السودان، ولا تقدم أي دعم للقوات شبه العسكرية، مما يجعل الادعاءات الموجهة ضدها غير صحيحة ولا أساس لها من الصحة.
ووصفت دولة الإمارات الدعوى بأنها محاولة من القوات المسلحة السودانية، أحد أطراف النزاع، لصرف الانتباه عن مسؤولياتها في الحرب الدائرة. وأشارت إلى أن هذه الخطوة تهدف إلى الإلهاء الإعلامي بدلاً من معالجة جذور الصراع، مؤكدة أن الإمارات تدعم السلام والاستقرار في السودان.
وكانت قد شددت الإمارات خلال جلسة الاستماع الشهر الماضي على أن محكمة العدل الدولية لا تملك الاختصاص القضائي للنظر في هذه القضية، حيث استندت إلى تحفظها على جزء من اتفاقية منع الإبادة الجماعية لعام 1948.

Currently it sounds like Expression Engine is the best blogging platform out there right now. (from what I’ve read) Is that what you’re using on your blog?
Aw, this was a really good post. Taking a few minutes and actual effort to make a very good article… but what can I say… I hesitate a lot and don’t manage to get anything done.
