وأضاف قاسم في الرسالة التي قرأها بصوته أيضا: “لقد رأيت إيمانكم بتحرير القدس وأرضنا المحتلة، وشموخ عزتكم ترفعون بها أهلنا وأحبتنا وبأس مواجهتكم تحصن صمودنا وتحقق نصرنا بهزيمة عدونا، وصرخاتكم بالنار من أجل سيادتنا واستقلالنا، وعطاءات دمائكم تصنعون مستقبل أجيالنا ووطننا”.
وتابع قاسم: “أحبائي، تصدون العدو بجباهكم وتطردونهم بوقع نعالكم، أنتم القوة في مواجهة الجبروت والطغيان، أنتم الرؤوس المرفوعة تكسر الذل والاستسلام، أنتم الإباء تزلزلون أركان الصهيونية أنتم أمواج الخير تسقطون عربدة الشر”.
