أعلنت منظمة “مراسلون بلا حدود”، أنها “رفعت دعوى أمام المحكمة الجنائية الدولية للتحقيق في “جرائم الحرب” المرتكبة بحق صحفيين خلال الصراع الإسرائيلي – الفلسطيني في قطاع غزة”، جاء ذلك في بيان للمنظمة (غير حكومية) التي تدافع عن حرية الصحافة، ومقرها فرنسا.
وذكرت المنظمة أن “هؤلاء الصحفيين كانوا ضحايا هجمات ترقى، على أقل تقدير، إلى جرائم حرب”.
وتتناول دعوى منظمة مراسلون بلا حدود، التي تم تقديمها إلى مكتب المدعي العام للمحكمة الجنائية الدولية، الثلاثاء، حالات إستشهاد 9 صحفيين وإصابة 2 آخرين، خلال تأدية مهامهم منذ 7 أكتوبر المنصرم في غزة.
كما أشار البيان إلى “التدمير المتعمد أو الكلي أو الجزئي لمباني أكثر من 50 وسيلة إعلامية في غزة”.
وقد إستشهد ما مجموعه 34 صحفيًا منذ بداية الحرب بين إسرائيل وحماس، منهم 12 على الأقل قُتلوا أثناء تأدية مهام عملهم، 10 منهم في غزة، وواحد في إسرائيل، وواحد في لبنان، وفقًا لـ”مراسلون بلا حدود”.
