ناشد وزير الإتصالات وتكنولوجيا المعلومات الفلسطيني إسحاق سدر، الأربعاء، مصر تفعيل خدمة التجوال وتشغيل محطات الإتصالات القريبة من حدود قطاع غزة.
جاء ذلك في بيان صادر عن الوزارة نشرته على منصتها الرسمية في فيسبوك، بعد ساعات من تجدد إنقطاع خدمات الإتصالات الثابتة والمتنقلة والإنترنت عن كامل قطاع غزة، وذلك للمرة الثانية في غضون 5 أيام.
وقال سدر في بيان: “بعد أن إستنفدنا كل الحلول الممكنة لإعادة الإتصال مع شعبنا في غزة، ومراجعة كل الخيارات المتاحة، يتبقى لنا خيار توفير بديل سريع عبر تشغيل محطات الإتصالات القريبة من حدود غزة، وتفعيل خدمة التجوال على الشبكات المصرية”.
وأضاف: “وعليه، نناشد الأشقاء في جمهورية مصر العربية لتسريع العمل بهذا الخيار المتبقي، أمام هذا الوضع الإنساني الحرج والذي لا يحتمل فقدان الإتصال لفترة أطول”.
وللمرة الثانية في غضون 5 أيام، تقطع إسرائيل خدمات الإتصالات والإنترنت عن قطاع غزة بشكل كامل، مع دخول الحرب على القطاع يومها السادس والعشرين.
ومنذ فجر الأربعاء، توقفت إشارة إرسال أو إستقبال خدمات الإتصالات الثابت والمتنقل والإنترنت عن قطاع غزة، ليدخل 2.3 مليون نسمة في عزلة عن العالم الخارجي، حيث أكدت الشركات العاملة في قطاع غزة، شركة “الاتصالات الفلسطينية وجوال”، وشركة أوريدو فلسطين، وشركة مدى العرب، وشركة فيوجن، أن خدماتها متوقفة تماما عن القطاع، منذ فجر الاثنين.
وفي بيان له، قال الرئيس التنفيذي لمجموعة الإتصالات الفلسطينية عبد المجيد ملحم، الأربعاء، إن قطعاً طرأ على خدمات الإتصالات والإنترنت عن قطاع غزة، للمرة الثانية في غضون أيام، نتيجة فصل متزامن للمسارات الرئيسية من الجانب الإسرائيلي.
