لقد علمتنا تجارب التاريخ أن أدوات معارك استنهاض الأوطان تختلف حسب الظروف والمعطيات والمتغيرات، لأن لا ثابت فيها إلا الوطن.
يا أحرار ليبيا وشرفاءها:
لقد دقت ساعة الحقيقة، صرخة ظهر بها عليكم أخوكم وأخي الدكتور سيف الإسلام معمر القذافي.. سيف الإسلام الذي عرفتموه حق المعرفة في الرخاء والشدة.. في العسرة واليسرى.. سيف الإسلام الذي وضع ليبيا نصب عينيه فرفض أن يغادرها رغم العروض والمغريات التي عرضت عليه طيلة هذه السنين العجاف.. فآثر ليبيا رغم إن الموت كان يتهدده.. وكانت المؤامرات تحاك ضده ممن لا يريدون الخير لليبيا.. ولكنها كانت ولازالت وستبقى خياره الوحيد.
أبناء شعبنا العظيم: تساموا على جراحكم، فجرح ليبيا الغائر الذي لم يندمل قد أوجع الجميع ولم يستثني أحد.
أنني وقد دقت ساعة الحقيقة أخاطب شرفاء الوطن في عدم التقاعس في التوجه لمراكز الاقتراح.. فأصواتكم وسيلتكم الوحيدة لخلاص ليبيا اليوم وغدا.. فصوتك اذا لم تستخدمه لصالحك يستخدمه غيرك ضدك.
