أكدت الجزائر، السبت، تمسكها الشديد بمطلب إعتذار فرنسا عن “جرائمها” إبان إستعمارها للبلاد، خلال الفترة (1830-1962). جاء ذلك في رسالة لوزير الاتصال الجزائري، الناطق باسم الحكومة عمار بلحيمر، نشرت بمناسبة “اليوم الوطني للذاكرة”، والذي أقره الرئيس عبد المجيد تبون، عام 2020. وهذه هي المرة الأولى الذي تحيي فيه الجزائر “اليوم الوطني للذاكرة” المصادف للذكرى 76 لمجازر 8 مايو/ أيار 1945؛ إذ قمعت فرنسا حينها تظاهرات مطالبة باستقلال الجزائر شرقي البلاد، ما خلّف آلاف الضحايا. وقال بلحيمر إن بلاده متمسكة “بمطلب التسوية الشاملة لملف الذاكرة، القائمة على إعتراف فرنسا النهائي والشامل بجرائمها في حق الشعب الجزائري وتقديم الاعتذار والتعويضات العادلة عنها”.. وشدد على أن “هذا موقف مبدئي”. وأضاف بلحيمر أن التسوية تشمل أيضا “التكفل بمخلفات التفجيرات النووية بما فيها الكشف عن خرائط مواقع النفايات الناتجة عن هذه التفجيرات”. وفي إبريل الماضي، طلبت الجزائر من فرنسا خرائط حول أماكن التجارب النووية التي أجريت بصحراء بلادها في ستينيات القرن الماضي، لتطهير المنطقة من الإشعاعات. وأشار بلحيمر إلى أن اليوم الوطني للذاكرة اختير له شعار “الذاكرة تأبى النسيان”، وهو يلخص “موقف الجزائر الثابت في مطالبة فرنسا بتحمل مسؤولياتها كاملة عن الجرائم التي خلفت ملايين الضحايا طيلة قرن و32 سنة من الاستعمار”. وقبل أيام، أعلنت جمعية 8 مايو 1945 (غير حكومية)، عزمها رفع دعوى قضائية ضد فرنسا أمام الهيئات الدولية، بتهمة “ إرتكاب جرائم ضد الإنسانية”.
