أعلن رئيس مجلس السيادة بالسودان عبد الفتاح البرهان ترحيبه بأي دعم يصب في إعادة إعمار البلاد، مؤكدا رفضه للإملاءات الخارجية.
وقال البرهان خلال زيارته ولاية كسلا اليوم السبت، إن “الجيش والشعب متفقان على دحر التمرد بشكل كامل”، وأن الحرب بين الجيش السوداني وقوات الدعم السريع التي تشهدها البلاد حاليا، تؤكد على الحاجة إلى وجود جيش محترف”.
وفي وقت سابق، قال البرهان إن “قوات الدعم السريع إرتكبت جرائم حرب كبيرة في مختلف المدن السودانية، ونهبت أموال وممتلكات المواطنين، وإنتهكت حرماتهم”.
ومؤخرا، وصل البرهان إلى مصر، حيث أجرى مباحثات مع الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسي حول الأوضاع في السودان والعلاقات الثنائية.
وتعد هذه الزيارة الأولى من نوعها للبرهان إلى خارج البلاد منذ إندلاع الأزمة السودانية في 15 أبريل الماضي.
ومن المنتظر أن تكون وجهته التالية جنوب السودان حيث سيلتقي في جوبا الرئيس سلفاكير ميارديت، لبحث الأوضاع في السودان، وتأثيرها على دول الجوار والجهود المبذولة لإنهاء الحرب.
