كرر الرئيس الأوكراني فولوديمير زيلينسكي، الجمعة، أن شبه جزيرة القرم تعود إلى أوكرانيا رغم أن روسيا ضمتها في 2014، مؤكدا أن موقف كييف من هذه المسألة “ثابت” رغم الضغوط الأميركية.
وانتقد الرئيس الأميركي دونالد ترامب نظيره لعدم موافقته على التنازل عن شبه الجزيرة الواقعة في البحر الأسودوالتي سيطرت عليها روسيا كجزء من صفقة محتملة لإنهاء الحرب.
وصرّح زيلينسكي للصحفيين في كييف: “موقفنا يبقى ثابتا، وحده الشعب الأوكراني هو الذي يملك الحق في تحديد الأراضي الأوكرانية.. يقول دستور أوكرانيا إن كل الأراضي المحتلة موقتا تابعة لأوكرانيا”، وأضاف أن “أوكرانيا لن تعترف قانونا بأي أراض محتلة موقتا”.
وتابع في إشارة إلى الأراضي التي سيطرت عليها موسكو، ومن بينها شبه جزيرة القرم، “إنها ليست ملكي. إنها ملك الشعب الأوكراني الموجود اليوم، والذي سيولد لأجيال مقبلة وسيساهم في تنمية بلدنا”.
وقال ترامب في تصريحات إن أوكرانيا “خسرت” شبه جزيرة القرم “منذ سنوات” وأن كييف لم تقاتل من أجلها في عام 2014.
وأضاف زيلينسكي “أتفق مع الرئيس ترامب على أن أوكرانيا لا تملك أسلحة كافية لاستعادة السيطرة على شبه جزيرة القرم بالأسلحة”.
أعلنت روسيا ضم شبه جزيرة القرم بعد تظاهرات مؤيدة للاتحاد الأوروبي في كييف، كما دعمت المتمردين المؤيدين لها في شرق أوكرانيا.
