بدأت في تونس، السبت، الفترة التجريبية للإستطلاع الشعبي الإلكتروني، الذي دعا إليه الرئيس قيس سعيّد، والمقرر إنطلاقه رسميا منتصف الشهر الجاري، لجمع آراء المواطنين حول مواضيع مختلفة كالشأن السياسي والإجتماعي والإقتصادي.وقد بدأت المنصة المخصصة لهذا الإستطلاع الذي يطلق عليه “الإستشارة الوطنية الشعبية”، العمل وتلقي آراء المواطنين تجريبيا.والجمعة، قال وزير تكنولوجيات الإتصال نزار ناجي، إن “الاستشارة الوطنية تنطلق السبت في فترة تجريبية تمتد على أسبوعين، حتى يتسنى تقييم المنصة الإلكترونية وتعديلها فيما بعد”.وأضاف ناجي، في تصريحات للتلفزيون الرسمي، أن “الإستشارة ستطلق للعموم بداية من يوم 15 يناير (كانون الثاني الجاري)”.وبحسب الوزير، فإن “المنصة الإلكترونية التي أُعدّت للغرض، تتضمن الإجابة عن 30 سؤالا، مع مساحات للتعبير الحُرّ للأفراد الذين سيشاركون بهوية مخفية”.وأوضح أن “المنصة عبارة عن موقع إلكتروني لجمع آراء المواطنين حول مواضيع مختلفة كالشأن السياسي والإجتماعي والإقتصادي والمالي والتنموي والإنتخابي والصحي وجودة الحياة والإنتقال الرقمي والتعليم والثقافة”.وسيتم الدخول إلى البوابة إثر حيازة المشارك رقما سريا يحصل عليه عبر رسالة نصية تُرسل له بعد تكوينه لخدمة #1712* متبوعة برقم بطاقة التعريف الوطنية (الهوية)، ما يتيح له المشاركة مع حفظ هويته وحرية إجابته عن الأسئلة، بشكل إختياري، وفق الوزير.وفي أكتوبر الماضي، أعلن سعيد أنه سيتم إطلاق “ إستشارات شعبية” منتصف يناير 2022، على أن تنتهي في 20 مارس المقبل (ذكرى يوم الاستقلال)، وستتولى لجنة، يتم تحديد أعضائها وتنظيم إختصاصاتها لاحقا، التأليف بين مختلف الآراء والأفكار، قبل يونيو القادم.ولم يدل الرئيس قيس سعيد بتفاصيل بشأن هذه الإستشارة، لكنه أكد في تصريحات سابقة أن “أزمة تونس تعود إلى نظاميها السياسي والإنتخابي، وأن أفضل النظم هو النظام الرئاسي، مع سحب الأحزاب من الحياة السياسية وإعتماد التصويت على الأفراد محليا والإنتخاب غير المباشر للهيئات التمثيلية المحلية والمركزية”، لافتا لإمكانية “إدخال تعديلات” على الدستور”.
