توفي الكيميائي الإيطالي فرانشيسكو ريفيلا، أحد أبرز العقول وراء اختراع شوكولاتة نوتيلا، الجمعة الماضي عن عمر 97 عاما، وفقا لوسائل إعلام إيطالية.
عرف ريفيلا بلقب “أبو النوتيلا”، بعد أن لعب دورا رئيسيا في تطوير أشهر كريمة بندق بالشوكولاتة في العالم.
وبدأ عمله في شركة فيريرو عام 1952، حيث عمل في قسم الكيمياء، وشارك في ابتكار منتجات أيقونية، قبل أن يصبح لاحقا مديرا رفيع المستوى في الشركة.
ساهم ريفيلا في تحسين وصفة المنتج الذي ظهر لأول مرة بإسم “سوبر كريما” عام 1951، ليصل إلى شكله النهائي ويُطرح بإسم “نوتيلا” عام 1964، بحسب “فوكس نيوز”.
كان مقربا من ميشيل فيريرو، ابن مؤسس الشركة، وعمل إلى جانبه في تطوير العلامة التجارية.
