أعلن المعهد الوطني للإحصاء بتونس، الجمعة، أن العجز التجاري بالبلاد سجل 1.7 مليار دينار (531.2 مليون دولار) خلال يناير/ كانون الثاني الماضي، مقابل 577 ميلون دينار (180.3 مليون دولار) للشهر نفسه من 2024.
وقال المعهد إن “قيمة الصادرات خلال يناير 2025، بلغت 5 مليارات دينار، مقابل 5.1 مليارات دينار خلال يناير من عام 2024”.
“أما الواردات فبلغت خلال شهر يناير الماضي 6.7 مليارات دينار، مقابل 5.7 مليارات دينار خلال شهر يناير من سنة 2024” وفق المعهد.
وزاد: “نتج عن هذا التطور في الصادرات والواردات تسجيل عجز تجاري في حدود 1.7 مليار دينار خلال يناير الماضي، مقابل 577 مليون دينار خلال يناير من العام المنصرم”.
وأضاف: “بلغت نسبة تغطية الواردات بالصادرات 74 بالمئة خلال يناير الماضي، مقابل 89.9 بالمئة خلال شهر يناير 2024”.
وأرجع المعهد هذا التراجع إلى “انخفاض صادرات قطاع الطاقة بنسبة -52,8 بالمئة نتيجة تراجع صادرات المواد المكررة، وقطاع المنتوجات الفلاحية والغذائية بنسبة -9,7 بالمئة نتيجة التراجع المسجل في مبيعات زيت الزيتون (518 مليون دينار مقابل 607.8 ملايين دينار)”.
أما زيادة الواردات، فيرجع وفق المعهد إلى “ارتفاع واردات مواد الطاقة بنسبة 24 بالمئة نتيجة ارتفاع مشترياتنا من المواد المكررة 1.2 مليار دينار خلال يناير الماضي، مقابل 623 مليار دينار خلال شهر يناير من عام 2024”.
والأسبوع الماضي، أعلن البنك المركزي التونسي الإبقاء على سعر الفائدة الرئيسي دون تغيير عند 8 بالمئة، في إطار استمرار اتباع سياسة نقدية حذرة في ظل المخاطر التضخمية.
وعانت تونس أزمة اقتصادية حادة فاقمتها تداعيات جائحة كورونا، ثم ارتفاع تكلفة استيراد الطاقة والمواد الأساسية إثر اندلاع الحرب الروسية الأوكرانية في فبراير/ شباط 2022.
