أصدرت محكمة تونسية، الأربعاء، حكما إبتدائيا غيابيا بالسجن 4 سنوات مع النفاذ العاجل، بحق الرئيس الأسبق محمد المنصف المرزوقي ، وفق ما نشرته وكالة الأنباء الرسمية.وقالت الوكالة، إن “المحكمة الإبتدائية بتونس، أصدرت حكما إبتدائيا غيابيا في حق الرئيس الأسبق محمد المنصف المرزوقي، يقضي بسجنه مدة أربع سنوات، مع الإذن بالنفاذ العاجل”.. وأوضحت أن الحكم جاء لإدانته “بتهمة الإعتداء على أمن الدولة الخارجي”.ومطلع نوفمبر الماضي، أصدر القضاء التونسي، مذكرة أعتقال دولية بحق المرزوقي، على خلفية تصريحات له حول إفشال عقد القمة الفرنكوفونية في تونس تمس بأمن الدولة
