أعلن المكتب الإعلامي الحكومي بقطاع غزة، الثلاثاء، رفضه لآلية إسرائيلية مقترحة لإدخال المساعدات للفلسطينيين، مؤكداً أنه “لن يقبل بتلاعب الاحتلال بالمصير الإنساني للقطاع”.
وقال المكتب في بيان إن “الآلية المقترحة تنص على أن يتولى جنود الاحتلال أو شركة خاصة تابعة له توزيع المساعدات مباشرة على الأسر الفلسطينية”.
وشدد على أن الآلية “مرفوضة شكلاً ومضموناً، وتمثّل خرقاً صارخاً للقانون الدولي الإنساني، وتتناقض بشكل جوهري مع المبادئ الأساسية للعمل الإنساني، وتُكرّس واقع السيطرة والابتزاز السياسي”.
وحذر من أنها تُعرض حياة المدنيين للخطر، عبر إجبارهم على التوجه إلى نقاط توزيع قد تكون مستهدفة ومحفوفة بالمخاطر الأمنية.
ومنذ 2 مارس/آذار الماضي يمنع الجيش الإسرائيلي دخول الإمدادات الأساسية من غذاء ومياه وأغذية لقطاع غزة عقب إغلاقه للمعابر ما تسبب في كارثة إنسانية وتفاقم للمجاعة.
وفي بيانه، ووصف المكتب الإعلامي الحكومي الآلية الإسرائيلية بأنها “محاولة مكشوفة لإضفاء شرعية زائفة على احتلاله غير القانوني، والتنصل من مسؤولياته كقوة احتلال”.
وحمل إسرائيل المسؤولية الكاملة “عن أي انتكاسة إنسانية أو كارثة صحية أو غذائية قد تترتب على عرقلة دخول المساعدات الإنسانية إلى قطاع غزة”.
وطالب المكتب، المجتمع الدولي والدول المانحة وفي مقدمتها الأمم المتحدة بعدم تمرير مساعداتها عبر هذه الآلية المقترحة التي وصفها بأنها “خطيرة”.
وأكد “استمرار دور الأمم المتحدة باعتبارها الجهة الدولية الأوثق والأكثر التزاماً بالمعايير الإنسانية”، ودعا الفلسطينيين إلى “التكاتف والتعاضد في وجه سياسات الاحتلال الخطيرة”.
ومنذ استئنافها الإبادة الجماعية بغزة في 18 مارس/ آذار 2025، قتلت إسرائيل حتى صباح الثلاثاء 1449 فلسطينياً وأصابت 3647 آخرين، معظمهم أطفال ونساء، وفق وزارة الصحة بالقطاع.
