تراجع النفود الفرنسي الثقافي في إفريقيا بات واضحا بعدما أعلنت مالي وبوركينا فاسو والنيجر انسحابها من المنظمة الفرنكفونية، ويضاف ذلك إلى تراجع باريس العسكري والسياسي والاقتصادي بالقارة السمراء.
ويأتي انسحاب الدول الثلاث في مارس/ آذار الماضي بسياق سياسة شد الحبل بين فرنسا وتلك الدول التي أسست مؤخرا “كونفدرالية” خاصة بها، لا سيما أنها نجحت في دفع باريس للانسحاب العسكري من أراضيها.
من جانبها، اعتبرت الدول الثلاث أن انسحابها من الفرنكفونية سببه “عقوبات انتقامية” فرضتها المنظمة عليها، خاصة عقب تعليق عضوية النيجر بعد انقلاب يوليو/ تموز 2023.
وتضم المنظمة الدولية الفرنكفونية التي يوجد مقرها بباريس، ممثلي 88 دولة وحكومة وتتمثل مهامها الرئيسة بـ”تعزيز اللغة الفرنسية والتنوع الثقافي واللغوي والسلام والديموقراطية وحقوق الإنسان ودعم التعليم”.
