نقلت وسائل إعلام سورية عن القائد العام للإدارة الجديدة في سوريا أحمد الشرع قوله إن تنظيم انتخابات في البلاد قد يستغرق 4 سنوات.
وأضاف الشرع أن اختيار الرئيس القادم لسوريا ستسبقه مراحل سياسية عديدة.
كما قال إن هناك حاجة للقيام بإحصاء سكاني شامل قبل إجراء أي انتخابات سليمة.
وأوضح القائد العام للإدارة السورية الجديدة أن عملية كتابة الدستور قد تستغرق نحو 3 سنوات، وتابع أنه يتطلع إلى دستور جديد يستمر لأطول مدة ممكنة.
وفي التصريحات نفسها، تحدث القائد السوري عن مؤتمر الحوار الوطني الذي ينتظر عقده قريبا، قائلا إن كل مكونات المجتمع ستشارك فيه.
كما تحدث عن شكل التعيينات في حكومة تصريف الأعمال الحالية، موضحا أنها ليست إقصاء لأي طرف وإنما كانت من ضرورات المرحلة لأن المحاصصة في هذه الفترة كانت ستدمر العملية الانتقالية، وفق تعبيره.
ومنذ إسقاط نظام الرئيس المخلوع بشار الأسد في الثامن من ديسمبر/الجاري، أدلى الشرع بتصريحات لوسائل إعلام محلية وأجنبية تحدث فيها عن ملامح سوريا الجديدة.
وتعهد القائد العام للإدارة الجديدة في سوريا بحل الفصائل المسلحة وبناء جيش وطني وإعمار ما دمره النظام السابق، كما دعا إلى رفع العقوبات المفروضة على سوريا.
