بلغت بورصة وول ستريت في نيويورك مستويات قياسية مع بدء التداولات بعد إعلان فوز الجمهوري دونالد ترامب بالانتخابات الرئاسية الأميركية، في وقت ارتفع سعر الدولار بينما تراجعت أسعار النفط.
ونجح ترامب في رهانه بالعودة الى البيت الابيض بعد ولاية أولى بين 2017 و2021، بتحقيقه فوزا لا لبس فيه على الديموقراطية كامالا هاريس، في نتيجة أثارت مفاجأة واسعة في الولايات المتحدة ترددت أصداؤها عبر العالم.
– مكاسب الأسهم –
وحققت أسواق الأسهم الأميركية مكاسب سريعة مع بدء التداولات الأربعاء، اذ قفز مؤشر داو جونز ثلاثة بالمئة ليسجل 43538.34 نقطة، وارتفع مؤشرا “أس أند بي 500” وناسداك بنحو اثنين بالمئة.
وارتفعت أسهم شركة تيسلا المملوكة للثري إيلون ماسك الداعم لترامب، بنسبة 10,46 بالمئة في التداولات.
وقال المحلل فواد رزاق زادة إن “ما يفسر ارتفاع أسواق الأسهم الأميركية هو أن ترامب ينظر إليه على أنه ودي حيال عالم الأعمال، وسيكون قادرا على تمرير اقتطاعاته الضريبية من دون مقاومة تذكر من الديموقراطيين الذين خسروا الغالبية في مجلس الشيوخ”.
من جهته، رأى المحلل باتريك أوهير أن سياسات ترامب “ومن مرتكزاتها رسوم ضريبية أقل وإلغاء الضوابط التنظيمية، ترى فيها الأسواق سياسات داعمة للنمو وستكون نعمة بالنسبة لنمو أرباح الشركات”.

وتراجعت بورصة فرانكفورت بنسبة 1,13 بالمئة، وميلان 1,54%، ولندن 0,07% وباريس 0,51 في ختام التداولات.
وقال مدير الاستثمارات لدى “أ بي أن أمرو انفستمنت سولوشنز” كريستوف بوشيه إن المستثمرين تنفسوا الصعداء بعدما أزالت نتيجة الانتخابات “عدم اليقين” بشأن ما سيليها، بما أن الفوز الصريح لترامب يعني بأن عملية الاقتراع هذه “لن تخضع للنقاش أو الاعتراض او الجدال لأيام وأيام”.
وشدد على أن “السيناريو الأكثر تشاؤما، أي احتجاج ترامب على النتائج، قد تمّ تجنبه”.
لكن المحلل ليون ميلكا رأى أن المستثمرين الأوروبيين قلقون من أنه في حال “تمّ تطبيقه، قد يكون برنامج الرئيس الجمهوري مدمّرا لأوروبا مع مخاطر على النمو والتضخم”.
وسبق لترامب أن أعرب عن رغبته في زيادة الرسوم على الواردات بما بين عشرة وعشرين بالمئة، وصولا الى 60 بالمئة للمنتجات الواردة من الصين. كما ألمح الى احتمال فرض رسوم تصل الى 200 بالمئة على بعض السلع.
– الدولار المطلوب –
ارتفع سعر صرف الدولار مقابل غالبية العملات الأخرى. ولم يشهد الدولار مثل هذه القفزة مقابل اليورو منذ آذار/مارس 2020، بحيث ارتفع بنسبة 1.94 بالمئة إلى 1.0722 دولار لليورو قرابة الساعة 15,00 بتوقيت غرينتش.
وقال المحللون في ساكسو بنك “في المكسيك، أدى القلق بشأن الزيادات المحتملة في التعريفات الجمركية إلى انخفاض قيمة البيزو”.

وأوضح المحلل تاماس فارغا “المواد الأولية تنخفض بسبب ارتفاع الدولار”.
وبحسب المحلل جون بلاسار، فإن الأسواق تتحضّر “للضغوط التي ستفرضها إدارة ترامب المستقبلية على الصين”، أكبر مستورد للنفط الخام في العالم.
وتخشى الأسواق من أن يؤدي التجاذب التجاري بين الولايات المتحدة والصين الى انخفاض إضافي في الطلب على النفط، المتباطئ أصلا منذ أشهر.
