أعلنت حملة المرشح الرئاسي في تونس العياشي زمّال، الجمعة، أن النيابة أمرت بسجن الأخير في انتظار محاكمته الأربعاء المقبل بتهمة “تزوير تزكيات”.
جاء ذلك إثر توقيف الأمن التونسي العياشي زمال، مساء الخميس، بعد ساعات من إطلاق سراحه من سجن المرناقية غرب العاصمة تونس في قضية تتعلق بتهم مماثلة.
ويُشترط على الراغبين في الترشح للانتخابات الرئاسية المقررة في 6 أكتوبر/ تشرين الأول المقبل جمع 10 تزكيات من نواب بالبرلمان، أو 40 تزكية من رؤساء المجالس المحلية أو الجهوية أو البلدية، أو 10 آلاف تزكية من مواطنين في 10 دوائر انتخابية.
وقالت حملة زمّال الانتخابية: “تم إصدار بطاقة إيداع بالسجن في حق زمال من طرف النيابة العمومية بالمحكمة الابتدائية في مدينة جندوبة” شمال غرب تونس.
وأضافت في بيان عبر حسابها على فيسبوك، أن “زمال سيُحال إلى المحكمة الأربعاء المقبل”.
والاثنين الماضي، أوقف الأمن التونسي العياشي زمال في ولاية منوبة على خلفية تهم تتعلق بـ”تزوير تزكيات”، قبل أن تأمر النيابة الأربعاء بحبسه على ذمة التحقيق، وتؤجل محكمة تونسية في اليوم التالي النظر في قضيته إلى جلسة مقررة في 19 سبتمبر/ أيلول الجاري.
وبخصوص ما حدث مع المرشح لاحقا، قال مدير حملته الانتخابية رمزي الجبابلي، إن “محكمة منُّوبة قررت الإفراج عن زمّال، مساء الخميس، مع استمرار محاكمته بحالة سراح في قضية تزوير تزكيات صحبة شقيقه قيس”.
وأضاف مستدركا: “إلا أنه حال خروجه من سجن المرناقية أوقفته فرقة من الحرس الوطني (الأمن) بمنطقة وادي مليز التابعة لولاية جندوبة في قضية تزوير تزكيات أخرى (دون توضيحها)”.
وانتقد الجبابلي ما يتعرض له زمال، واصفا المسار القانوني الذي يلاحقه بـ”العبثي”، مدعيا أن غاية ذلك “إرباك الحملة” الانتخابية له.
لكن الجبابلي أكد أن “العياشي زمّال مرشح قانوني (في الانتخابات الرئاسية المقبلة) ومكتب حملته الانتخابية قائم ويعمل”.
ومن بين 17 ملف ترشح لإنتخابات الرئاسة، قررت هيئة الانتخابات في أغسطس/ آب الماضي، قبول ملفات 3 مرشحين بصورة أولية، هم الرئيس الحالي سعيد، وأمين عام “حركة الشعب” زهير المغزاوي، ورئيس “حركة عازمون” العياشي زمال، الأمر الذي دفع 6 من المرفوضة ملفات ترشحهم للطعن أمام الدوائر الاستئنافية بالمحكمة الإدارية ، والتي بدورها أيدت قرار الهيئة .
ولاحقا، طعن المرفوضون على تلك الأحكام أمام الجلسة العامة للمحكمة ذاتها، والتي قضت في أحكام نهائية بقبول طعون 3 مرشحين، ما يعني إعادتهم للسباق الانتخابي، وهم المنذر الزنايدي عبد اللطيف المكي وعماد الدايمي .
ورغم أحكام الجلسة العامة للمحكمة الإدارية، صدّقت هيئة الانتخابات على القائمة الأولية بوصفهم مرشحين نهائيين دون إضافة الثلاثة المحكوم لهم قضائيا ، في حكم بات وغير قابل للطعن ، بالعودة للسباق مبررة قرارها بعدم إعلامها من قبل المحكمة بهذه الأحكام، طبقا للقانون، في أجل 48 ساعة من تاريخ صدروها.
