قال وزير الحرب الإسرائيلي يوآف غالانت، إن العملية البرية المكثفة بشمالي قطاع غزة إنتهت، وقريبا ستنتهي أيضا في الجنوب.
جاء ذلك في مؤتمر صحفي عقده مساء الاثنين، بمقر وزارة الدفاع في “الكريا” بتل أبيب، بمناسبة مرور 100 يوم على الحرب بغزة.
وقال غالانت: قبل حوالي ثلاثة أشهر قدمت خطة الحرب إلى مجلس الوزراء المصغر (الكابينت) مع رئيس الأركان، هرتسي هاليفي.
وأضاف: “حددنا مراحل التنفيذ وأوضحنا أن مرحلة المناورات البرية المكثفة ستستمر نحو ثلاثة أشهر، وفي شمال قطاع غزة إنتهت هذه المرحلة”.
وبحسب غالانت “في جنوب قطاع غزة سنصل إلى هذا الإنجاز قريبا وفي كلا المكانين ستأتي اللحظة التي ننتقل فيها إلى المرحلة التالية”، دون أن يوضح طبيعتها.
وتابع وزير الدفاع الإسرائيلي: “في شمالي القطاع تم تفكيك كل القدرات اللوائية لحماس، ونعمل على القضاء على باقي الجيوب”، على حد زعمه.. وقال: “في وسط قطاع غزة نقضي على الصناعة العسكرية لحماس ووسائل القتل ضدنا”.
وأشار إلى أن “الإنجازات كبيرة جدا في جنوبي القطاع ، لكن هذه العملية تحتاج إلى مراحل نقطع خلالها المحاور من خانس يونس إلى رفح، فوق الأرض وتحت الأرض”.
وعن طبيعة الحكم المستقبلي في قطاع غزة، قال غالانت إن: “الفلسطينيين يعيشون في غزة، وبالتالي سيحكمها الفلسطينيون في المستقبل”.
وأوضح أنه “يجب أن ينمو نظام الحكم المستقبلي في غزة من داخل قطاع غزة، وأن يستند إلى قوى ليست معادية لدولة إسرائيل، وتشكل بديلاً مدنياً يهتم برفاهية سكان غزة”.
وفيما يتعلق بملف المحتجزين الإسرائيليين بقطاع غزة، قال غالانت:”واصلنا جهودًا هائلة لتحرير مختطفينا، حيث تمكنا من إحضار 110 (خلال الهدنة المؤقتة)، وسنحضر الباقي أيضا وسنبذل كل جهد لتحقيق هذا الإنجاز”.
وقال إن “العدو الذي أمامنا (حماس) لا يفهم إلا القوة، والضغط العسكري وحده هو الذي سيحقق أهداف الحرب”.
وشدد غالانت على ” أنه لا يمكن إطلاق سراح المختطفين إلا من موقع القوة”، مضيفا أنه “إذا توقفت النار، فإن مصيرهم سيكون محسوماً لسنوات في أسر حماس”.
وتقدر إسرائيل وجود نحو “137 رهينة ما زالوا محتجزين في قطاع غزة”، وفق تقارير إعلامية متطابقة، وتصريحات مسؤولين إسرائيليين، بعد صفقة تبادل جرت برعاية مصر وقطر والولايات المتحدة ضمن هدنة مؤقتة انتهت في 1 ديسمبر/كانون الأول الماضي وأسفرت عن إطلاق سراح 105 محتجزين لدى حماس بينهم 81 إسرائيليا، و23 مواطنا تايلانديا، وفلبيني واحد، و240 أسيرا فلسطينيا.
ودعا غالانت رئيس الوزراء الإسرائيلي بنيامين نتنياهو، والوزير بمجلس الحرب بيني غانتس، إلى الإبقاء على حكومة الطوارئ، التي تشكلت بعد إندلاع الحرب.
وأكد “أن هذا هو وقت الوحدة والشراكة، ووقت التنازلات بيننا من أجل تحقيق أهداف الحرب”، مضيفا أن “2024 سيكون عام الحرب، وأيضا عام النصر”.
