قالت منظمة حقوقية فلسطينية، الثلاثاء، إن إسرائيل قتلت منذ 7 أكتوبر/ تشرين الأول 2023 نحو 8 آلاف و81 طفلا في الأراضي الفلسطينية المحتلة، واصفة العام الماضي بـ”عام الإبادة الجماعية بحق الأطفال الفلسطينيين”، جاء ذلك في بيان نشرته جمعية الحركة العالمية للدفاع عن الأطفال.
وأضافت في البيان: “عام 2023 هو عام الإبادة الجماعية بحق الأطفال الفلسطينيين على يد الإحتلال الإسرائيلي الذي قتل ما لا يقل عن 8 آلاف طفل في غزة، و81 طفلا في الضفة بما فيها القدس منذ 7 أكتوبر الماضي”.
وأوضحت “أن معدل قتل الأطفال الفلسطينيين خلال العام الماضي غير مسبوق”، لافتة” إلى أنهم شكلوا أهدافا رئيسية للإحتلال”.
وتابعت: “هذا المعدل مرشح للزيادة حيث لا يزال الآلاف في عداد المفقودين في غزة، عدا عن قيام الإحتلال بقطع الغذاء والمياه والكهرباء والإمدادات الطبية والوقود عن سكان القطاع، وإستمراره بشن هجمات عشوائية ومباشرة ضد المباني السكنية والبنية التحتية المدنية والنظام الصحي”.
وذكرت “أن إسرائيل تشن حملة متعمدة ومنهجية في جميع أنحاء الضفة وغزة لتدمير الحياة الفلسطينية”، لافتة “إلى أن العام الماضي شهد مقتل 121 طفلا في الضفة على يد الجنود والمستوطنين”.
وأضافت: “أطلقت قوات الاحتلال والمستوطنين النار على 102 طفل فلسطيني وقتلتهم بالذخيرة الحية، فيما قتلت 19 طفلا فلسطينيا بهجمات جوية شمال الضفة، من بينهم 14 طفلا قتلوا بهجمات لطائرات دون طيار (مُسيرات)، وأربعة آخرين بصواريخ أطلقتها مروحية هجومية، وطفل واحد في غارة جوية لطائرة حربية إسرائيلية”.
وبيّنت” أن الأدلة التي جمعتها المنظمة تشير لانتظام إستخدام القوات الإسرائيلية للقوة المميتة ضد الأطفال الفلسطينيين في ظروف ترقى لمستوى القتل خارج نطاق القضاء أو القتل العمد”.
وفي السياق، قالت المنظمة الحقوقية “إنها وثّقت منع الجيش الإسرائيلي المسعفين ومركبات الإسعاف من تقديم المساعدة للجرحى الفلسطينيين، بمن فيهم الأطفال”.
وتابعت: “خلال عام 2023 تم توثيق 38 حالة منعت فيها قوات الإحتلال مركبات الإسعاف والمسعفين من الوصول للمصابين، من بينهم أطفال”.
كما أكدت “الحركة العالمية للدفاع عن الأطفال أن الجيش الإسرائيلي واصل خلال عام 2023 إعتقال وتعذيب ومحاكمة الأطفال الفلسطينيين في المعتقلات العسكرية بشكل تعسفي”.
وقدرت المنظمة الحقوقية معدل الأطفال الذين تم إعتقالهم شهريا خلال العام الماضي وصل إلى “165 طفلا”.
وذكرت “أن إسرائيل تعتقل سنويا ما بين 500 إلى 700 طفل فلسطيني وتحاكمهم في محاكم عسكرية”.
وقالت “إن الأطفال يتعرضون لظروف تحقيق صعبة منها تقييد الأيدي وعصب الأعين والحرمان من النوم.. كما أنهم يدلون بإعترافاتهم بعد تعرضهم للإساءة اللفظية والتهديدات والعنف الجسدي والنفسي والتعذيب”.
وبحسب استبانة أجرتها المنظمة على عينة لشهادات 75 طفلا إعتقلهم الجيش في الضفة والقدس، فقد أظهرت أن 61 بالمئة منهم تعرضوا للعنف الجسدي بعد الإعتقال و96 بالمئة منهم كانوا مقيدي الأيدي و88 بالمئة معصوبي الأعين.
وذكرت المنظمة، وفق الاستبانة، أن 47 بالمئة من الأطفال تم إعتقالهم من منازلهم ليلا، فيما واجه 69 بالمئة منهم إساءة لفظية وترهيبا، كما تعرض 65 بالمئة منهم لتفتيش عار مرة واحدة على الأقل.
وأفادت المنظمة أن 72 بالمئة من الأطفال المعتقلين تعرضوا للحرمان من الغذاء والماء الكافيين، كما تم إستجواب 97 بالمئة منهم دون حضور أحد من أفراد أسرتهم، فيما لم يتم إبلاغ 95 بالمئة من الأطفال عن سبب إعتقالهم.
وأشارت المنظمة إلى أن إسرائيل عزلت 24 بالمئة من الأطفال الذين أجرت عليهم الدراسة، لمدة يومين أو أكثر.
وفي ختام بيانها، قالت المنظمة الحقوقية إن إسرائيل إعتقلت ما لا يقل عن 45 طفلا فلسطينيا، بشكل إداري (دون تهمة أو محاكمة)، خلال العام الماضي.
وفي وقت سابق الثلاثاء، أعلنت هيئة شؤون الأسرى والمحررين (حكومية) ونادي الأسير الفلسطيني (غير حكومي)، في بيان مشترك إرتفاع عدد الفلسطينيين الذين أعتقلهم الجيش الإسرائيلي بالضفة إلى 5755 منذ 7 أكتوبر الماضي.
ومنذ إندلاع الحرب المدمرة على قطاع غزة في 7 أكتوبر، كثّف الجيش الإسرائيلي عملياته العسكرية بالضفة الغربية، وزاد من وتيرة الاقتحامات والمداهمات للمدن والبلدات والمخيمات.
وحتى مساء الثلاثاء، تسببت العمليات العسكرية الإسرائيلية بالضفة الغربية في مقتل 341 فلسطينيا منذ 7 أكتوبر الماضي.
