نظم عشرات الأطفال اللبنانيين، الجمعة، وقفة تضامنية أمام مركز منظمة الأمم المتحدة للطفولة “يونيسف” في بيروت، للمطالبة بحماية أطفال غزة من العدوان الإسرائيلي المتواصل على القطاع، منذ 7 أكتوبر/ تشرين الأول الماضي.
الأطفال، الذين تجمعوا في باحة المبنى بمنطقة السوديكو، وسط بيروت، حملوا لافتات كتب عليها “إسرائيل تقتل الطفولة”، و”نطالب بحماية لأطفال غزة”، فيما حمل بعضهم صورا لأطفال غزة تحت الركام.
وقد إرتدى المشاركون في الوقفة كمامات لطخت باللون الأحمر، تعبيرا على الصمت العالمي لرؤية دماء أطفال غزة دون تحريك أي ساكن.
ونظم الوقفة حملة “أنت القائد والقدوة”، التي يقوم بها مجموعة من مشايخ لبنان تهدف إلى إحياء المناسبات الدينية.
وقال سامر مزهر، المسؤول عن الحملة، “نحن هنا لنوجه رسالة تضامن قوية مع أطفال غزة وفلسطين بشكل عام، الذين حُرموا من أبسط مقومات الحياة”.
وأضاف “لا يعقل في هذه الأيام أن يكون هناك أطفال على هذه الأرض لا يستطيعون ممارسة حقهم الطبيعي، وحرمانهم من تلقي التعليم والخدمات الصحية والأمان النفسي والجسدي…”
ولفت مزهر، إلى أن إسرائيل “تمنع دخول المساعدات إلى قطاع غزة أمام أعين العالم، دون أن يحرك ساكنا”.
وشدد على أن “هذا العدوان والغطرسة الإسرائيلية يجب أن تتوقف، وخاصة الأعمال الهمجية التي تطال الأطفال أكثر من غيرهم، حيث وصل عدد الضحايا إلى أكثر من 5 آلاف طفل”.
ودعا مزهر، المجتمع الدولي، و”يونيسف” بشكل خاص، إلى “إتخاذ موقف حازم، وحماية الأطفال في غزة”.
وأشار إلى أنه “كما وقفنا تضامنا مع أطفال أوكرانيا (في إشارة إلى الحرب الروسية الأوكرانية) لا بد لوقفة مماثلة مع أطفال غزة”.
