عبرت بعض الدول العربية والأجنبية ومنظمات إنسانية ودولية، الأربعاء، عن إستيائها من إقتحام القوات الإسرائيلية مجمع دار الشفاء في مدينة غزة، شمالي القطاع المحاصر.
ودان الأردن على لسان وزير خارجيته الأربعاء صمت مجلس الأمن الدولي إزاء “الهمجية” في إقتحام الجيش الإسرائيلي لمجمع الشفاء الطبي في قطاع غزة، معتبرا أنه يغطي بذلك “جرائم الحرب”.
وكتب الوزير أيمن الصفدي على منصة إكس (تويتر سابقا) إن “كارثة مستشفى الشفاء تجسد الهمجية التي يتيح صمت مجلس الأمن إستمرارها”.. وأضاف “ندين صمت مجلس الأمن على هذه الوحشية، على حرمان الرضع حاضناتهم في المستشفى”، مشيرا إلى أن “هذا الصمت يغطي جرائم الحرب، صمت لا يمكن تبريره أو قبوله، على المجلس تحمل مسؤولياته”.
وتصريحات الصفدي جاءت تعليقا على بيان وزارة الخارجية الأردنية الذي دان عملية إقتحام المستشفى بإعتباره “إنتهاكاً للقانون الدولي الإنساني وخصوصاً إتفاقية جنيف بشأن حماية الأشخاص المدنيين في وقت الحرب لعام 1949”.. وحملت الوزارة إسرائيل “مسؤولية سلامة المدنيين والطواقم الطبية العاملة في المستشفى”.
ونقل البيان عن الناطق الرسمي بإسم الوزارة سفيان القضاة قوله “الأوضاع الخطيرة في غزة تفرض على مجلس الأمن تحمل مسؤوليته القانونية وعلى المجتمع الدولي تحمل مسؤولياته الأخلاقية والعمل على الضغط على إسرائيل، القوة القائمة بالإحتلال، لوقف عدوانها المتواصل وحربها وإستهدافها للمدنيين وخصوصاً النساء والإطفال والتي لا يجوز تبريرها تحت أي مبررٍ أو ذريعة”.
ودانت وزارة الخارجية في السلطة الفلسطينية إقتحام الجيش الإسرائيلي لمجمع الشفاء الطبي، معتبرة إياه “ إنتهاكا صارخا” للقانون الدولي والإنساني.
وقالت الوزارة في بيان “إقتحام جيش الاحتلال لمجمع الشفاء الطبي، وغيره من المستشفيات، والمراكز الصحية في قطاع غزة، يعتبر إنتهاكا صارخا للقانون الدولي والقانون الإنساني الدولي وإتفاقيات جنيف “، وحمّلت “الحكومة الإسرائيلية المسؤولية الكاملة عن سلامة الطواقم الطبية والآلاف من المرضى والجرحى والأطفال، بمن فيهم الخدج، والنازحون المتواجدون في المجمع”، مطالبة بـ”تدخل دولي عاجل لتوفير الحماية لهم”.
وقال البيت الأبيض، إنه “لا يؤيد قصف المستشفيات جوا، ولا يريد رؤية تبادل لإطلاق النار فيها”، بعد أن قال الجيش الإسرائيلي إنه “ينفذ عملية ضد حماس” في مستشفى الشفاء.
وأضاف متحدث بإسم مجلس الأمن القومي بالبيت الأبيض طلب عدم الكشف عن إسمه “لا نؤيد ضرب مستشفى من الجو ولا نريد أن نرى معركة بالأسلحة النارية في مستشفى ليقع الأبرياء والأشخاص العاجزون والمرضى الذين يحاولون الحصول على الرعاية الطبية التي يستحقونها في مرمى النيران”.. وتابع “يجب حماية المستشفيات والمرضى”.
وإعتبرت وزارة الخارجية الفلسطينية، العملية الإسرائيلية في مجمع الشفاء “إنتهاكا صارخا للقانون الدولي والقانون الإنساني وإتفاقيات جنيف”.
وحمّلت الوزارة في بيان نقلته وكالة الأنباء الفلسطينية (وفا)، الحكومة الإسرائيلية “المسؤولية الكاملة عن سلامة الطواقم الطبية والآلاف من المرضى والجرحى والأطفال، بمن فيهم الخدج، والنازحون المتواجدون في المجمع”، وطالبت “بتدخل دولي عاجل لتوفير الحماية لهم”.
كما إعتبر مدير منظمة الصحة العالمية، تيدروس أدهانوم غيبريسوس، أن التقارير عن “مداهمة” الجيش الإسرائيلي لمستشفى الشفاء “مقلقة بشدة”، حيث لفت غيبريسوس إلى أن منظمته “فقدت الاتصال بطاقمها الطبي.
وعلى نفس المنوال، قال منسق المساعدات الإنسانية بالأمم المتحدة، مارتن غريفيث، إن “تقارير المداهمات العسكرية لمستشفى الشفاء مروعة ، وأن حجز المرضى كدروع بشرية عملية غير إنسانية .
أما المديرة التنفيذية لمنظمة الأمم المتحدة للطفولة (يونيسيف) كاثرين راسل، فقد نددت، الأربعاء، بـالمشاهد المروعة التي رأتها خلال زيارة قامت بها إلى قطاع غزة، في خضم الحرب بين إسرائيل وحركة حماس، مطالبة بـ”إيقاف هذا الرعب”.
وقد إقتحم الجيش الإسرائيلي مجمع الشفاء الطبي الأربعاء، متهماً حركة حماس بإستخدامه لأغراض عسكرية، الأمر الذي تنفيه الحركة.
