جددت سوريا مطالبتها الأمم المتحدة بـ “التحرك العاجل لوقف إنتهاكات القانون الدولي وأحكام الميثاق التي ترتكبها الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية وحلفاؤها، وضمان التعويض عنها”.
ودعت سوريا إلى “إنهاء الوجود اللاشرعي للقوات الأمريكية، وإعادة حقول النفط والغاز التي تحتلها تلك القوات للدولة السورية والرفع الفوري وغير المشروط للإجراءات القسرية اللاشرعية”.
وقالت وزارة الخارجية والمغتربين ، في بيان نشرته عبر صفحتها على “فيسبوك” اليوم ، إنها وجهت عن طريق وفدها الدائم في نيويورك رسالتين إلى كل من الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة ورئيس مجلس الأمن .
وأضافت :”تواصل القوات التابعة للولايات المتحدة الأمريكية والميليشيات المرتبطة بها نهبها المنظّم للنفط والقمح وغيرهما من الموارد الأساسية والثروات الوطنية للشعب السوري، لافتة إلى أن “آخر الإحصاءات تبرز أن قيمة الخسائر المباشرة لإعتداءات القوات الأمريكية والميليشيات والكيانات الإرهابية التابعة لها قد بلغت 9ر25 مليار دولار أمريكي.
وأشارت إلى أن “صمت مجلس الأمن والأمانة العامة عن إدانة ممارسات قوات الإحتلال الأمريكي ونهبها للنفط السوري وتخريبها للبنى التحتية هو أمرٌ غير مقبول، كما أن تجاهل المعاناة التي يعيشها السوريون جرّاء الحصار اللاأخلاقي واللاإنساني والتدابير القسرية الإنفرادية التي تفرضها الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية والاتحاد الأوروبي على الشعب السوري لا ينسجم مع ما يدعيه البعض من حرصٍ إنساني وما نشهده من مساعٍ لتمديد مفاعيل القرار 2642”.
وأكدت أن “تلك الانتهاكات والتدابير اللاشرعية تحد من فعالية أي جهود تهدف لتحسين الأوضاع الإنسانية والمعيشية، وتخلف آثاراً كارثية على الحياة اليومية للسوريين وتحول دون حصولهم على الخدمات الأساسية والوقود والغاز المنزلي والطاقة الكهربائية لا سيما خلال فصل الشتاء وظروف البرد القارس”.
وأشارت إلى أن “المقررة الخاصة للأمم المتحدة المعنية بآثار التدابير الانفرادية على التمتع بحقوق الإنسان إلينا دوهان أكدت ، في ختام الزيارة التي قامت بها إلى سوريا الشهر الماضي ، على أن التدابير القسرية المفروضة على سوريا ترقى إلى مستوى جرائم الحرب، وتزيد معاناة الشعب السوري، وتمنع أي جهود للتعافي المبكر، وإعادة الإعمار، مشددة على وجوب رفعها فوراً”.
