وليس غريبا أن خلال الجلسة حصدت 63 ورقة بيضاء معبرة عن هدف الجلسة ، يدل حتما على نية عرقلة الجلسة التي حضرها 122 نائباً من أصل 128 نائباً .. علماً أن النصاب القانوني المطلوب لإنعقاد جلسة إنتخاب رئيس للجمهورية هو أكثرية ثلثي أعضاء البرلمان، والمرشح لرئاسة الجمهورية فهو يحتاج في الدورة الأولى للثلثين أي 86 نائباً، أما في الدورة الثانية فالمطلوب هو الأكثرية المطلقة أي النصف زائد واحد أي 65 صوتاً فقط .. هذا يعني أن القوى الأجنبية الراعية لهذا الإستحقاق كانت حاضرة بقوة وأن هذه الجلسة عملت على تموضع القوى السياسية وكيفية تحركها في الأيام المقبلة،
وعليه فإن جلسة جس النبض كانت إختباراً واضحاً لموازين القوى الداخلية والخارجية، وكشفت حجم التوجهات الخارجية حيال الإستحقاق الرئاسي، وهي حجر الأساس الذي ستنطلق منه المشاورات بين الكتل النيابية للتوصل إلى رئيس توافقي.. وهنا كان لافتاً من قول رئيس المجلس رداً على سؤال عن موعد الجلسة المقبلة «اذا لم يكن هناك توافق وإذا لم نكن 128 صوتاً لن نتمكن من إنقاذ المجلس النيابي ولا لبنان، وعندما أرى أن هناك توافقاً سوف أدعو فوراً الى جلسة وإذا لا فلكل حادث حديث.»…!!!
على أية حال فإن صورة الرئيس الجديد العتيد لم تتبلور بعد ، وولادته قد تتعسّر وقد يحتاج إلى عملية قيصرية تدخل فيها معدّات داخلية – خارجية، وقد تتخطى تشرين الأول، وتسعة أشهر، وربما سنة، والمقرِّر قد لا يكون في لبنان، وبانتظار أن تأتي كلمة السر.. ولكن لا أحد يعلم من أي إتجاه ستأتي، ومن يقول أنه يعلم، هو حتماً واهم، لأن لا أحد سوى الله يعلم كيف تسير التسويات في لبنان.. لأن لبنان يظل عبر مل العهود والأزمنة دائماً بلد التوافقات الصعبة في زمن معادلة الحكم … ويحفظ شعب لبنان الكريم .
