وجاء في الإعلان المشترك “عام 2022، نصرف 19,8 مليار دولار كدعم للميزانية، بينها 9,5 مليار دولار كتعهّدات جديدة بهدف مساعدة أوكرانيا في سدّ عجزها المالي ومواصلة تقديم الخدمات الأساسية للشعب الأوكراني”.
