وحسب إذاعة موزاييك أف أم، أذنت وزيرة العدل ليلى جفّال للوكيل العام لمحكمة الاستئناف بتونس لتعهيد وكالة الجمهورية بالمحكمة الابتدائية بتونس بفتح ما يلزم من تتبعات بخصوص ما عرف بـ”الجهاز السري لحركة النهضة”.
وأضافت أن “القرار جاء إثر شكاية تم تقديمها إلى وزيرة العدل، بوصفها رئيسا لجهاز النيابة العمومية، من طرف أحد أعضاء فريق الدفاع في قضيتي شكري بلعيد ومحمد البراهمي، الذين تم إغتيالهما سنة 2013.
يأتي ذلك بعد أيام من مرسوم صادر عن الرئيس التونسي، قيس سعيد، ينص على إلغاء منح القضاة وامتيازاتهم، وأثار جدلا واسعا بين من إعتبره خطوة أولى لإصلاح الهيكل القضائي، وبين من يرى فيه تعسفا على أهل المهنة وتمهيدا لحل المجلس.
وذكرت الصفحة الرسمية للرئاسة التونسية أن رئيس الجمهورية قيس سعيد، ختم الأربعاء الماضي، مرسوما يتعلق بتنقيح القانون الأساسي المتعلق بالمجلس الأعلى للقضاء وينص على “وضع حد للمنح والامتيازات المخولة لأعضاء المجلس الأعلى للقضاء”.
وورد في نص البلاغ أن المنحة التي يتحصل عليها أعضاء المجلس الأعلى للقضاء تقدّر بـ2364 دينارا تونسيا، إضافة إلى 400 لتر من الوقود.
وقال الرئيس قيس سعيد خلال لقائه، رئيسة الحكومة، نجلاء بودن: ”كيف يمنح الشخص لنفسه راتبا أو منحة.. ما معنى منحة بـ2364 دينار و400 لتر من الوقود؟ وما معني أن لا تتم متابعة عدد من الذين رفعت عنهم الحصانة؟ كل هذا لا يجب أن يتواصل وليتحمل كل واحد مسؤوليته”.
