دعت حركة “حماس”، الجمعة، إلى تشكيل لجنة دولية محايدة للتحقيق في مزاعم أممية بارتكاب عناصرها “أنتهاكات جنسية” خلال أحداث 7 أكتوبر/ تشرين الأول 2023، مجددة رفضها تلك المزاعم.
والاثنين الماضي، قال بيان صحفي صادر عن مكتب المبعوثة الأممية الخاصة للعنف الجنسي في مناطق النزاع، براميلا باتن، إن فريق أمميا زار إسرائيل والضفة الغربية وجد أسبابا معقولة للاعتقاد بأن عنفا جنسيا مرتبطا بالصراع وقع في عدة مواقع أثناء هجمات 7 أكتوبر”، وهو ما رفضته “حماس” الثلاثاء.
والجمعة، قالت الحركة في بيان لعضو مكتبها السياسي بغزة، باسم نعيم: “نؤكد مرة أخرى استهجاننا الشديد للتقرير الصادر عن السيدة براميلا باتن، المبعوث الخاص الأممي للعنف الجنسي في مناطق النزاع، حول الإدعاءات والمزاعم بوقوع حوادث عنف جنسي خلال أحداث السابع من أكتوبر من قبل فلسطينيين”.
وأوضحت أن التقرير “جاء بعد محاولات صهيونية فاشلة لإثبات تلك التهم الباطلة، التي تأكّد أنها لا أساس لها من الصحة، وتستند إلى قصص مفبركة من قبل عناصر معروفة بارتباطها بالمؤسسة الأمنية الصهيونية”.
وذكر البيان، أن “باتن، نفسها تؤكد أنها لم تجرِ تحقيقاً مهنيا، ولكنها كانت في مهمة جمع معلومات واستقصاء”.
وأبدت الحركة استغرابها الشديد من أن “باتن، أصدرت تقريرها بعد ان استمعت لطرف واحد فقط وأهملت الاستماع لمئات من النساء اللاتي تعرضن للتحرش والعنف الجنسي داخل سجون الاحتلال وخارجها، وخاصة من اعتقلن من غزة بعد السابع من أكتوبر”.
وقالت “حماس” إن المقررة الأممية “أهملت تقريراً مهنياً مفصلاً، استلمته من مؤسسات نسوية فلسطينية في رام الله، حول الانتهاكات الصهيونية ضد النساء الفلسطينيات، بما فيه العنف الجنسي”.
وجددت الحركة رفضها للتقرير الذي وصفته بأنه “غير مهني ومنحاز، لا سيما في هذا التوقيت الحساس الذي ما زالت تتعرض فيه مئات النساء الفلسطينيات للعنف بكافة أشكاله في سجون العدو، بما فيه العنف الجنسي”.
ودعت “حماس” إلى تشكيل لجنة تحقيق دولية محايدة للتحقيق في كل الأحداث يوم 7 أكتوبر، بما فيها العنف ضد النساء، موكدة استعدادها “الكامل” للتعاون مع الجنة و”احترام مخرجاتها”.
وذكر موقع “أخبار الأمم المتحدة”، أنه بناء على دعوة من الحكومة الإسرائيلية قادت باتن زيارة رسمية إلى البلاد مدعومة من فريق من الخبراء التقنيين من 29 يناير/ كانون الثاني حتى 14 فبراير/ شباط، “لجمع وتحليل والتحقق من ادعاءات بوقوع عنف جنسي مرتبط بالصراع أثناء الهجمات الوحشية التي قادتها حماس في 7 أكتوبر 2023 وما بعدها”.
وذكر الموقع أن مهمة الفريق “لم تكن للتحقيق في الإدعاءات”، كما يرى الفريق أن “معرفة حقيقة انتشار العنف الجنسي أثناء هجمات 7 أكتوبر وما بعدها، قد تستغرق شهورا أو سنوات وقد لا تُعرف بشكل كامل”.
