قدر محافظ “بنك إسرائيل” أمير يارون، أن تصل نفقات الحرب على قطاع غزة إلى 255 مليار شيكل (67.6 مليار دولار).
ونقل الكنيست (البرلمان) الإسرائيلي عن يارون قوله للجنة المالية البرلمانية، يوم الإثنين، إن “نفقات الحرب المباشرة للسنوات 2023 – 2025 بما في ذلك التعويضات والنفقات المدنية الأخرى المرتبطة بالحرب، ستصل إلى 215 مليار شيكل”.
وأضاف : “إسرائيل تخسر مدخولات من الضرائب بقيمة 40 مليار شيكل.. التوقعات للسنوات 2023-2024 تشير إلى نسبة نمو 2 بالمئة بكل عام”.
وقال: “في 2025 يتوقع أن تصل نسبة النمو إلى 5 بالمئة، هذا ما جاء من خلال سيناريو التوقعات الذي يشير إلى تراجع العمليات القتالية (الحرب على غزة) خلال الربع الأول من 2024”.
وتشير تقديرات بنك إسرائيل إلى نمو الاقتصاد بنسبة 1.5 بالمئة فقط في 2023، والمتوقع صدور بياناتها بحلول الشهر المقبل، ومع إضافة الزيادة الطبيعية للسكان، فإن الإقتصاد عمليا سيشهد نموا صفرياً.
وبينما كانت تشير بيانات بنك إسرائيل إلى نمو الإقتصاد في 2024 عند مستوى 3.4 بالمئة، وهي ذات توقعات صندوق النقد، فإن توقعات ما بعد الحرب تشير إلى نمو عند 0.4 بالمئة خلال العام الجاري.
وزاد يارون: “نتوقع بأن يستمر إعتدال التضخم، ولكن يوجد حول ذلك الكثير من الريبة، مثل الأحداث على الحدود الشمالية (لبنان)، ولهذا نحن نخطو بخطوات مدروسة ومحسوبة”.
وتابع: “مخاطر التضخم مرتبطة بسوق السكن، وفي حال لم يتم زيادة معروض الشقق، من خلال العمال الأجانب أو إعادة قسم من العمال الفلسطينيين، فمن المحتمل أن يكون هناك ازدياد في الأسعار”.
وفي حال كانت هناك موجة غلاء في قطاع الزراعة، “فإن ذلك ينعكس على سوق الغذاء”، بحسب محافظ بنك إسرائيل.
وذكر أن ” إسرائيل دخلت الحرب ونحن نسير جيدا من الناحية المالية، يوجد لإسرائيل تجربة غير سيئة بموضوع الخروج من الأحداث الأمنية السابقة”.
وإعتبر أن “التجارة العالمية حاليا أقل من المتوسط وهي تؤثر علينا في إسرائيل، ونحن نرى أن هناك ثمة إرتفاع في تكاليف النقل بسبب ما يجري في البحر الأحمر”.
