كن عندما تصبح حقوق المقاومة غير مشروع عندما تصبح المقاومة إرهاب عندما تصبح المطالبة بالحرية وحقوق الإنسان العربي جريمة!!! اذا هناك معايير خاصة حددت في مجلس الأمن وخاصة الدول دائمة العضوية متى تتحرك الأمم المتحدة ومجلس الأمن لحماية المدنيين، وبذلك تطرح جدلية ومقاربة حول حقوق الإنسان و لحريات وما جاء في ميثاق الأمم المتحدة ..حول ذلك أعتقد أن بعد السابع من اكتوبر نحن بحاجة لصياغة ميثاق أممي جديد بعيد عن هيمنة الدول العظمي تكتب فيه الحقوق الحقيقية للإنسان لا فرق بين العربي وغيره وبعيدا عن المصالح الدولية ومراكز النفوذ… ومقاربة تعاطف الدول الغربية حول حماية المدنيين أثناء الربيع العربي وبعد 7 اكتوبر.. بحاجة للدراسة ما يحدث حاليا في غزة إبادة بمعنى الكلمة فاق بكثير ما فعله هتلر باليهود بالقرن الماضي .. إنه هولكوست جديد في القرن الحادي والعشرين.
